3. Content Processing and Storage

Content Security: Your submitted content is processed through our AI systems and temporarily stored for service delivery. We implement enterprise-grade encryption to protect your data.

Content Retention: Generated content is stored for up to 7 days to allow you to access your recent generations. After this period, content is automatically deleted from our systems.

Audio Recordings: Lecture recordings are stored securely in your account and are only accessible by you. Audio files are permanently deleted from our systems immediately when you delete them from your account. We do not retain any copies of deleted audio recordings.

No Training Use: We do not use your submitted content to train our AI models or for any purpose other than providing you with the requested service.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except:

Audio Data Processing: Audio recordings are processed through OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription purposes only. The audio data is transmitted securely and is not stored by third-party services. Only the resulting transcript and generated study notes are retained in your account.
